A BBQ is the perfect opportunity to get to know each other. That's why we invited our new apprentices, current apprentices, trainers, and our training partner Achenbach Buschhütten to join us for a relaxed evening together.
With beautiful summer weather, delicious grilled food, homemade salads, ice cream, and cold drinks, everyone enjoyed a great evening. The focus was on getting to know each other, having good conversations, and connecting in a relaxed atmosphere.
Before their very first day, our new apprentices had the chance to meet their future colleagues and make their first connections. It was a great opportunity to break the ice, get to know one another, and gain some first impressions before officially starting their apprenticeship.
We were especially happy to receive such positive feedback. Many of our new apprentices said the evening was a great opportunity to meet everyone before their first day. Starting a new chapter is always easier when you already know some of the people around you.
