Over three days in Bardolino, Jochen Blens, Jörg Blum and Dietmar Kunz joined industry colleagues to exchange ideas, share experiences and discuss current topics in the forging industry.
A highlight of the event was Jörg Blum’s presentation, “Lifecycle Engineering - Extending the Value of Heavy Forging Equipment.” He showed how understanding a machine’s original design and engineering can help extend its service life and adapt existing equipment to changing requirements.
At DANGO & DIENENTHAL, we believe that existing equipment holds value far beyond its initial years of operation. As a lifecycle partner, we work with our customers to maintain, modernize and extend the service life of their heavy forging equipment, helping them make the most of their existing investments.
A big thank you to Carutti SRL for welcoming us at their booth and to the ICRF organizers, siderweb, for bringing the industry together. We enjoyed being part of the event and connecting with so many people from across the industry.
We look forward to staying in touch and continuing the conversations beyond ICRF 2026!
